An application issued a set of calls to the Server but not all were executed. An error exists in the application being run.
Make sure you are using the correct AuthID for your location, and that you are pointing to the correct server. If the application
is a Micro Focus program, please contact Micro Focus Technical Support.
Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.
If in Windows, exit from Windows and then restart it. Retry the command.
SQLWizard NOTE: To recover from this problem so that you can continue running Micro Focus applications, exit from the calling
application (like SQLWizard) and close the SQL Engine (if it is loaded). Then open the Process Viewer and click on the Kill
All button to close down all remaining processes.
