X382: Cannot take requested location offline. Location is in use.

The XDB Server cannot take the requested server offline because it is being used. You are allowed to take a location offline only when there are no users attached to it.

Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.

Wait until the active users finish processing then take the location offline (You may want to use the DISABLE LOGIN command to prevent new users from logging on to the server). If you need to take the location offline immediately, you can force the active users off the location using the Monitor utility.
