COBCH1078 Setting of directives inline / conditional compilation / region syntax

Inline directives ($SET statements), conditional compilation, and region syntax conflict with the selected flagging dialect.

Resolution:

Embedded directives may be set within a comment so that the code is compatible with the selected flagging dialect. To use this feature you must set the DIRECTIVES-IN-COMMENTS compiler directive.
