After configuring all cluster machines, ensure each can connect to the region database before configuring network load balancing.

On one of the cluster machine, start the test region supplied with the installation software.

On each of the remaining cluster machines, open a console. The console displays messages from the test region started from
the machine starting the region.
Any machines in the cluster that cannot display the console messages can not operate as part of the scale out installation.
