Use this procedure to set up each machine in the
Enterprise Server for .NET cluster.

Install and activate Windows as per the requirements for an
Enterprise Server for .NET installation.

Assign static IP addresses to each machine in the cluster. If using cloning to set up a cluster of virtual machines, ensure
that each virtual machine has a unique NetBIOS name.

Using the Server Management Wizard, add the following server roles and features:
- Application Server Role
- Web Server Role
- WCF Activation (HTTP and Non-HTTP) Feature
- WPAS Feature
- Network Load Balancing Feature
