The Numeric Format defined in Options contains a sign character (e.g., +) on both sides of the decimal character (e.g., +$99.99+r is invalid).
This character can be placed on the left or the right of the decimal point, but not both.
Correct the Numeric Format. See the Options User's Guide for the proper syntax.
