Data Structures View
Structures from filename
Shows the name of the COBOL file that contains the Data Division structures shown in the lower part of the pane.
Tree view
Shows the loaded Data Division structures.
Layout view
Header Information Bar
Provides information about the status of the layout file and is made up of the following items:
Exclamation point icon that indicates no layouts defined
Indicates that no layouts have been defined for the item selected in the left pane.
Checkmark icon indicating that the selected layout is usable
Indicates that the selected layout is usable.

X icon indicating that the selected conditional layout requires a defined condition
Indicates that the selected conditional layout requires a defined condition.
No Layouts
No layouts are defined.
Layouts n
Indicates the number of layouts defined.
No Conditions
No conditions are defined.
Conditions n
Indicates the number of conditions defined for the selected layout.
ANSI
Indicates that the layout was created from a COBOL file that uses the ANSI character set.
EBCDIC
Indicates that the layout was created from a COBOL file that uses the EBCDIC character set.

Conditional layout icon
Conditional layout.
Field with no defined condition and without conversion.
Icon indicating that the field has a defined condition, but no conversion
Field with a defined condition but no conversion.
Icon indicating that the field has conversion but no defined condition
