X162: Logging in to XDB Server `name` requires security on at user node.

Security has been turned on at the XDB Server named. Security must also be turned on at the user node via the Configuration utility.

SQLWizard Notes:

Open Options to the Connect page, and click on the Client Security option to check it. Close Options and try starting SQLWizard again.
