Name
For a new resource, type a name for the new resource.

Description
Type a new description for the resource, or edit the existing description..
Config file
Type the full path to and filename of the pipeline configuration file, or click
Browse to select the file.
Web directory
Type the fully qualified name of the web service binding directory, or click
Browse to select a directory.. When the PIPELINE is installed, this directory is scanned for
.wsbind files and a WEBSERVICE resource is created and installed for each file found.
