Sets the maximum number of pool threads for CASDBC.
Restriction: You only need to use this variable when recommended by
Micro FocusCustomer Care.
Valid values are 2-512. If a variable is not set, the default value for that process is used. If a variable is set, then a
console message is emitted at process startup to indicate that the value has been modified.
