Record locking support is exactly the same as that provided in the local environment. Any indexed or relative file opened in I/O mode can have records locked. Three server configuration variables, LOCKS_PER_FILE, MAX_FILES, and MAX_LOCKS are used to tune AcuServer record locking support.
