Layout Data Control Property

As mentioned in Creating a Resizable Screen, when you want the resize layout manager to change a control's appearance when a screen is resized, you set that control's Layout Data property to a non-zero value. The different Layout Data property values and how they affect a control's behavior are described in Resize Manager LAYOUT-DATA Values. When Layout Data is the default value of 0, no code is generated.

In AcuBench, these values are set via the Layout Data Settings dialog box, which you access by clicking in the Layout Data value box in the Property window.

Note that you can set either a resize or a move value for each axis (x or y), but you cannot set both values for any axis. Minimum and maximum dimensions for a control (height and width) are also set in this dialog box. See Minimum and Maximum Control Dimensions for detailed information about these settings.
