To remove a record from the command line, select option  from the access file utility main menu. The manager will present two prompts: one for the client machine name and one for the client user name. The prompts will look something like this:
Enter official client machine name: Enter client user name:
If a matching record is found, it is removed.
Record removed Press <Return> to continue...
To remove a record from the Access tab of the AcuServer Control Panel, highlight the applicable record and click Delete.
