The documentation says:
The TC_INSTALLER_TARGET_DIR configuration variable was designed to apply only to the ACUCOBOL-GT Thin Client automatic update feature, and to be used to specify the location where you want the updated thin client to be installed; however setting TC_INSTALLER_TARGET_DIR had no effect, and always used the default installation directory, which, by defaut, is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Micro Focus\extend 10.2.1\
In this release, TC_INSTALLER_TARGET_DIR has been updated to work as designed.
