You can set the new Log to File option on the AcuToWeb Desktop menu to automatically write all log information to the AcuToWebDesktop.log file, located by default in the %LocalAppData%\Micro Focus\extend AcuToWeb Desktop directory.
Each log entry begins with the process ID of the originating Desktop instance.
