Google Cloud Storage (GCS) offers world-wide storage and retrieval of any amount of data. GCS combines the performance and scalability of Google's cloud with advanced security and sharing capabilities.
CIS now supports GCS as a new account type in addition to Azure, AWS S3, and S3 compatible object store. For more information, see Accounts.
You can now configure infrastructure services using K3s cluster.
Fresh Installation – Only K3s is supported. For more information, see Configuring Infrastructure Services on OES 24.2.
Existing Docker Swarm Configuration – Docker Swarm will continue to work if it is already configured and running after applying the OES 24.2 patch.
NOTE:As the support to Docker Swarm will discontinue in OES 24.4, OpenText recommends moving to K3s. For more information, see Section 5.2.7, Updating to K3s Cluster.
