The Encrypt Data Transfer option determines whether to encrypt the data for transmission from the source workload to the target workload.See Section 2.3, Security and Privacy.
To enable and use encryption for data transfer:
In the Jobs view, locate the required job.
In the Network Configuration section of the Migration Job window, click Encryption.
Select Encrypt Data Transfer.
Click OK.
To enable and use encryption for data transfer for Windows workloads:
On the Edit Migration Details page, go to Migration Settings > Data Transfer.
Select Encrypt Data Transfer.
Click Save.
To enable and use encryption for data transfer for Linux workloads:
On the Edit Migration Details page, go to Migration Settings > Transfer Encryption.
Select Encrypt Data Transfer.
Click Save.
