Preparing to install the software

The following software needs to be installed on both client and server machines.

Server

  • Web-to-Host Server

Client

Install the software in the following order:

  1. Java: Only required if using Java sessions.
  2. .NET Framework 4.7.1 (if not already installed): Requires administrator rights.
  3. Host Access Web Launcher
  4. NMServiceManager (if not already installed): This service is installed when the first session is launched. Requires administrator rights.
