Web server: Session Configuration Manager does not open

If you correctly installed the product and still cannot open the Session Configuration Manager in your browser, you may have a case-sensitive file system. Verify that all the directories and file names for Web-to- Host are in lowercase, enter the URL in lowercase, and try opening it again.

If you changed the product directory names from the default structure described in Directory structure, the <OBJECT> tag's codebase property is incorrect and must be fixed in the HTPL files:

  1. First, back up the HTPL files in the config\ directory.
  2. Open each file with a text editor (such as Notepad) and edit the directory names.
  3. Save each file as ASCII text.
