Collection Method reject

Returns a new collection of the same species as this collection. lnkMessage is a Callback pointing to a method which expects an element as a parameter and returns a pic x comp-5. "reject" passes each element of the collection to the Callback. If the Callback returns false (0), then the element is placed in the new collection.
