Deleting Routing Rules

To delete an existing routing rule:
  1. In the menu, click Issues > Configuration.
  2. Click Products. The Products page opens.
  3. From the Product list box, select the product for which you want to configure a routing rule.
  4. In the Actions column of the rule that you want to delete, click Remove Routing Rule. A Delete Routing Rule confirmation dialog box opens.
  5. Click Yes to complete the deletion.
