Reordering Routing Rules

To reorder routing rules:
  1. In the menu, click Issues > Configuration.
  2. Click Products. The Products page opens.
  3. From the Product list box, select the product for which you want to configure a routing rule.
  4. In the Actions column of the rule that you want to reorder, click one of the following:
    • To move the rule up in the list, click Move Up.
    • To move the rule down in the list, click .
