Managing Tests

Add a new test to your testing framework or configure existing tests.

Test Types
Silk Central supports the following test types out-of-the-box:
Shared Tests
Recurring tests and their requirement assignments can be managed centrally and can be shared and consumed across projects.
Editing Tests
Edit a test to change the properties of the test.
Test Export, Update, and Import
Create tests in Excel and import them into Silk Central to execute them.
Printing Tests
Print tests in the selected order.
Test Runs Page
Lists the test execution results for the selected test.
Test Issues Page
Enables you to enter and track issues related to the selected test.
Versions
Describes how to use versions.
