Custom Fields

Custom required fields are displayed in the newly created section on issue details, in order to be highlighted, so the customer can be aware of them. Also, a maximum of 100 custom fields can be configured instead of 40.

Issue Notifications

New users are now notified by default if an issue in their inbox is modified or reassigned and when an issue is assigned to them.

Issue Tracking Profiles

Issue Tracking Profiles grid has a new column from which an issue tracking profile can be activated or deactivated. Inactive profiles can no longer be selected when creating a new issue.
