COBCH1775 The alphabet-name clause referenced by the CODE-SET clause must not specify the literal phrase

The Special-Names paragraph contains an alphabet-name that is set to a literal value.

When the alphabet-name clause is used in the CODE-SET clause of the File Control description, it cannot be set to a literal value; you must change the value or remove the CODE-SET clause from the File Control description.
