COBCH1650 Indicator column contains $ or >, but no directive follows; line ignored

A valid directive setting statement does not precede the $ or > symbol.
In ACUCOBOL-GT, if your code contains a $ or > in the indicator column but no valid directive is set on that line, the line is treated as a comment line. To get the same behavior in Visual COBOL, set DIALECT"ACU".
