COBCH0026 Literal too long

The literal value you have specified is longer than the maximum literal length permitted.

Resolution:

If your literal is numeric, it can be up to 18 digits in length (or up to 38 digits if you specify INTLEVEL"4"). If it is nonnumeric, it can contain up to 160 characters in the Procedure Division, or 2048 characters in the Data Division. Ensure that the literal value you have specified in your program is not longer than the maximum length permitted.
