Cheat Sheets

Try the COBOL cheat sheets on the Help menu by clicking Help > Cheat Sheets > COBOL Development. Cheat sheets are like tutorials and give step-by-step instructions on how to do a task, together with brief explanations. There are cheat sheets to:

• Choose which file types to build.
• Show how to use the Consolidated Tracing Facility.
• Convert Net Express projects.
• Create a project to say "Hello COBOL World".
• Create a remote project.
• Debug a program.
• Import existing COBOL files into Eclipse.
• Work with data items.

You can also write your own cheat sheets and make these available to your users. See the Platform Plug-in Developer Guide in the Eclipse Help.
