This exception can occur if a "job after action" encounters a problem
while reading the tool output from the executed job. This is a top-level
exception which usually contains more information in the error details.

- Refresh the Job View to see if the corresponding job still exists.
If it disappears after refreshing, the tool output has probably been deleted
already.
