TSCOR0139 Backup folder could not be created.

The first step of the application update is to back up the files which contain the persistently cached data in the workspace. In this step the creation of the backup folder failed. This means the complete application update action failed.

Model Administrator Response:
  • Verify that the user has the authority to create a folder in the internal project folder.
  • Refresh the internal project folder (see Workspace out of sync).
