A model location path ("conf" attribute in master configuration) did not contain a location keyword. The location keyword is used to determine on which platform a model is stored, for example, "local:".

Add a location keyword in front of the model location. Valid keywords are documented in the Administration Guide. Example: "Conf: local:C:\myModel.xml"
