Files which are open locally when an application is unloaded are persistently stored in the workspace file ft_openfiles.xml.
This file could not be loaded when the application is loaded again.
The workspace may have been switched between unload and reload of the application.

- If the files need not be opened again, ignore the message.
Otherwise, if the cause is a workspace switch, change the workspace back.
If this does not help, see the message under "Reason:" in the message dialog.
If this does not help either, contact the administrator.
