This error occurs when you specify both ACCUMULATE (which configures test coverage to accumulate results into a single .tcz file), and the '?' wildcard character (which creates a new file for each run, incrementing the count by 1) in the test coverage configuration.
To resolve the issue, either remove ACCUMULATE or any wildcard characters (? ) from your test coverage configuration.
