This is a top-level message which covers several exceptions that can
occur while an operating system command is executed:
- Operating system error
messages (e.g. "Invalid command 'XYZ'").
- I/O exceptions while sending
the command or reading the output.
- Model Administrator Response:

trace and verify that the sent commands are valid.
- Check the error
details and fix any operating system-dependent problems.
