The element type of an element could not be resolved by filling the
element list or by performing a resource processing "tool defined " (insert,
update).

element types of the element list are configured in the properties of the file
descriptor that creates the element list.
- Verify that the tool
descriptors ('TOOL_DEFINED' Resource Processing) that insert/update elements
with new element types have an element type output parameter (Property with
element type as special parameter).
