TSCOR0129 An error
occurred when trying to save the file filters.xml.
Each time a filter is created, deleted or changed, the file which
contains the filter data is written to the persistent cache in the internal
project folder of the user's workspace. This write action failed.

Verify that the user
has the authority to write to the internal project folder.
