The linked element type Non Java Resource enables you to model resources which are not Java artifacts within a Java project as, for example, data files, files, or folders within a library.
|ID Definition||Specifies the ID definition of a non Java resource, consisting of the Eclipse resource ID and the Java element ID of its parent.|
|Matchname||Specifies the unique match name provided by a tool type to identify a non Java resource.
The default match name used by tools of the Java function package for non Java resources is NON_JAVA_RESOURCE.
The tool Get Java Elements contains an option to specify whether non Java resources should be returned in addition to the Java resources. In this case, the tool enables you to specify different match names to be returned for the possible non Java resources.
