To export connections

  1. Start the ADO.NET Connection Editor.

  3. Click Export Connections on the toolbar. This starts the Export ADO.NET Connections wizard.
  4. Click Next.
  5. On the Connections list, select the data sources you want to export, or check Select all connections. To select more than one connection, hold the Ctrl or Shift key down as you make your selections.
  6. Click Next.
  7. In the Export to field, type the full path to and filename of an XML file you want to contain exported information, or click Browse Browse to select a directory.
