These activities are however under constant scrutiny as these can have adverse effects on the organization. Elements such as bribery and collusion are typically related to gifts, and to circumvent these concepts the management of these gifts have become critically important to an organization, and as such this package provides an organization with the functionality to declare a gift that has been received or a gift that was presented, with management workflow surrounding both these activities. As part of an organizations’ corporate governance programme an employee needs to declare any gifts that they have received or presented. This capability allows employees to declare any gifts easily via the Service Portal and then allows the organization to manage the lifecycle of these records, as well as to this gift register.
