Service Manager provides out-of-box (OOB) Risk Assessment and Calculation. After the calculation is completed, the system opens the Risk Result Report and displays the latest version of the risk result. This information enables you to pinpoint the most significant factors contributing towards the risk level of the selected change request.

To use the new risk assessment and calculation feature on earlier Service Manager versions, you must apply the appropriate unload file based on the applications version of your Service Manager: ·
Caution: Do not apply CalendarSupportFor962WebClient_SM950.unl if your Service Manager web client version is earlier than 9.62. Otherwise, Service Manager Calendar may have display issues.
To install the language pack for the Risk Assessment and Calculation feature, you need to apply the unload files shipped in RiskAssessment 1.0 first, and then apply the RiskAssessment_Language_Pack.unl unload file.
To use the new Risk Assessment and Calculation feature on earlier Service Manager versions, you must apply the appropriate unload file based on the applications version of your Service Manager:
RiskAssessment_SM950.unl: Apply this unload file to Service Manager 9.50, 9.51, 9.52, and 9.60 applications.
RiskAssessment_SM961.unl: Apply this unload file to Service Manager 9.61 applications.
