In the integration with Microsoft Teams, the Service Manager virtual agent can retrieve solutions from Service Manager Service Catalog items and Knowledge Management (KM) documents and provides links to these search results in a Teams conversation. A user can also create Interactions and check Interactions' status by using the options provided by the virtual agent as well.
The Service Manager 9.71 release has included a virtual agent that supports English only. This content pack introduces a new version of virtual agent that supports localization. The virtual agent talks to users in different languages that Service Manager supports, including Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Korean.
