The new SM-ALM integration solution supports the following scenarios as previous,

  • Synchronize Service Manager Changes with ALM defects (SM Change -> ALM Defect)
  • Synchronize Service Manager Changes with ALM requirements (SM Change -> ALM Requirement)
  • Synchronize Service Manager Problems with ALM defects (SM Problem <-> ALM Defect)

To use this solution, you need to apply this content pack on SM applications version 9.60 (and above) and binaries version 9.64p4 (and above).
