Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed) monitoring provides all the information you need to understand your service levels, system availability and the availability of key business transactions.
We have aligned ZigiOps for Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed) to the same principles and best practices from both vendors. Our collection process is very flexible and adjustable to the dimensions of the monitored environment. We gather all the valuable data from Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed), process it and deliver it suited to the Micro Focus Ops Bridge universe.
Based on the opinion of our customers and subject matter experts, we included in the collection process the following:

Topology
The topology is a fundamental part of every integration as it can be considered its backbone. It is meant to bring the structure of the monitored application with all of its logical layers and geographical locations.
With our connector this goal is accomplished – you receive all the Business Application CIs, their processes as Business Transactions and all their sites.
Metrics
A key part of the proactive monitoring analyzing the as many metrics as possible. We don’t make any exception to that best practice and collect everything available in Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed) – response time, availability, number of errors, etc.
Events
Events are the last piece of the puzzle – they are the most visible part of the integration. Bringing the problems to the Ops Bridge event console provides a real value here, because they can be used for monitoring purposes (NOC), for incident creation (via another integration from Ops Bridge to any ITSM tool) or any other use the customers might think of.
The events collected from Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed) contain all the necessary attributes to be exactly like those coming from the generic Micro Focus tools – they are properly related to the correct configuration items and include all the meaningful content of the problem. And, of course, problem resolutions acknowledge the Critical/Warning events updating the status to its latest state!
