Record Type Document Review page

The Record Type Properties - Document Review page enables you to put documents through a review and authorisation process for records of the Record Type. To use this function, the "Document Review and Authorisation" feature must be enabled in the System Options - Features page.

  • Documents should be reviewed by the following Locations - enables all documents of the Record Type. Select below which locations are authorised to do a document review.

    Add or remove the locations who are to have review responsibility.

    • Send an email reminder to reviewers if not completed after the specified number of days - enables email notifications to the reviewers according to the specified number of days.
    • Allow reviewers to make changes to the document - elect this option to enable reviewers to edit the document before the Document Review is started.
  • Documents should be authorised by the following Locations - enables all documents of the Record Type. Select below which locations are to have authorisation responsibility.

    Add or remove the locations who are have authorisation responsibility.

    • Select the authorisation process to use - Select either Simple or Use DocuSign Service if you have a DocuSign account. To setup your DocuSign subscription with  Content Manager, go to Options in  Content Manager Render. See Content Manager Render.
    • Send an email reminder to authorisers if not completed after the specified number of days - enables email notifications to the reviewers according the specified number of days.
  • Send an email reminder to the document editor if
    • The document has not been submitted for review/authorisation after the specified number of days - enables email notifications to the document editor according the specified number of days.
