Advanced requests system options

When the Content Manager feature Advanced Request Processing is selected in the System Options Features page, these Content Manager system options become available for the Content Manager administrator to use:

Mandatory requests acknowledgement - see Record Type Workflow/Action page
Requests and acknowledgement notifications - see System Options Notifications page
