Attached Actions and Procedures shortcut menu
Right-click commands from the Attached Actions/Procedures window:
- Add Record Action - attaches a new Action/Procedure to the selected record.
- Complete - completes the selected Action, Procedure or Procedure step.
- Reassign - reassigns the Action to new Location.
- Duration - changes the duration of the Action.
- Uncomplete - uncompletes the Action.
- Delete - removes a selected record Action step.
You can remove an attached Action, an attached Procedure or a step within a Procedure.
- Delete All - to remove all the attached Actions.
- Complete All - to complete all the attached Actions.
- Reschedule - reschedules the Action to start on a different date.
- Responsible Location Details - displays the details of the responsible Location of the selected Action
- Send Mail - displays an email message to be sent to the selected Location responsible for the Action, including some basic information about the selected Action
- Properties - views the attached Action/Procedures and modify some of these properties.
