Electronic Addresses page
The Electronic Addresses page is used to set up the electronic address details of the Location.
Creating electronic addresses
- Right-click in the dialogue box and select New
- Select the type of electronic address you want to enter:
- Enter the details for the electronic address
- Click OK.
Content Manager creates the new electronic address and attaches it to the Location.
Other electronic address functions
- Make Default - you can create multiple electronic addresses of the same type.
Use this option to set an address as default.
For example, if more than one email address exists for the Location, use this function to set your preferred address.
- Go to Web Page - will open your Internet browser and display the Location's Web page
- View - to view the image attached to the Location
- Delete - deletes an electronic address
- Properties - displays the address Properties for you to view or edit
