Security caveats shortcut menu

To see a list of all security caveats that you have access to, on the Manage ribbon, click Security Caveats.

The shortcut menu specific to security caveats, available from security caveat windows and dialogue boxes:

  • New Security Caveat - create a new security caveat.

  • Set Active Date Range - to set the date range for users to be able use this caveat within

    See Active dates for items.

  • Locations - to modify the list of Locations with this caveat

    See Security dialogue box.

    • Add Locations - to add the caveat to more Locations
    • Remove Locations - to remove the caveat from Locations
    • Show Locations - to display the Locations with the caveat
  • Delete - delete the selected security caveat.

  • Properties - view and/or modify the selected security caveat's properties.
