Modifying document queues
- From the Manage ribbon, select Document Queues.
The Document Queues dialogue box appears.
- Right-click the document queue whose properties you want to modify and select Properties.
The Document Queue dialogue box appears.
- General tab - to change the name and location details of the queue.
- Records Defaults tab - to updated the default record properties that will be applied to documents being processed using this queue. See Document queue Record Defaults tab.
- Options tab - to modify the check in options for documents processed from the queue.
- Filters tab - to change the types of documents to be processed.
- Access Controls tab - to configure the users allowed to use and/or modify the document queue.
- Notes tab - to add any information or other data about the document queue.
