Use these steps to configure region and cross-region databases for Microsoft SQL Server and Azure, PostgreSQL, and Db2.
Tip: It is recommended that you create any required databases ahead of time (using
dbfhadmin -script|-createdb), so as to not impact on processing time: if a database does not exist at the point that it is required, you must wait for
it to be created on-the-fly.
